Our Mission
TACAL (Talk and Chat About Life) was set up to help people from all backgrounds who are suffering with any form of mental health issue.
TACAL is here to provide support and help to people suffering with mental health issues, to assist in relieving and rehabilitating persons suffering from mental disorder or conditions of emotional or mental distress requiring advice or treatment, providing a weekly TACAL club where people can get together to talk about what’s happening build friends and gain access to better forms of mental health care, to provide support to families and people in desperate need of support and help.
Providing a text line to chat to like minded people, helping those who suffer from depression, anxiety, mood swings, loneliness, bullying, racial hatred and many more mental health issues and situations, in turn reducing the load on the NHS, helping people build a better life, getting them back in to society and into a secure employment role.
Working closely with other charities and organisations with similar charitable aims and objectives for the public benefit. Working closely with councils and local clubs offering support to the general public.
