Depression is something that can stop you enjoying your days or even carrying out the daily routine, it makes everything become a burden.

Depression can be caused by a number of triggers, like the changing of the clocks in winter, a family becoming ill or passing, loss of a job, to post-natal depression.

Physical symptoms can include making you vomit at the slightest difficult task and situation and have panic attacks and palpitations and sweating sensations, along with a racing heart.
